This course aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to provide first aid and respond to emergencies in the workplace or everyday life. The course also focuses on learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and how to manage injuries and emergencies before the arrival of specialized medical services.
